Antique fine sterling silver and red enamel ½ Guard / Fob Chain. The chain links are interspersed with 4 cylindrical-shaped red enamel bars to main chain and one to extension piece, with sterling silver dog clip to terminus. There is a shamrock-shaped link connecting main chain to extension segment [1st. photo]. Weight: 5.05 gms.

Measurements / Length of main chain: 67 cms. (= 26¼”). Length of extension piece: 8.3 cms. (= 3¼”).

Bolt ring clasp may have been a later addition.
